Howdy Folks,
Just wanted to say Hello and introduce myself. Just took my first journey this weekend with the toad medicine. Wow. It was beautiful and slightly scary at the same time. I had an excelent guide, I felt safe the entire time and was exactly where I needed to be in terms of the dosage. I have experienced friends that I've been able to integrate and talk with. Have a few integration circles that I want to check out this week.

I have been experiancing major re-activations at bedtime. As soon as my head hits the pillow - I'm off, back on the journey. Which is great, I'm obviously still digesting/processing/purging energy & other things. I've sat through it thw past two nights, and enjoyed the ride and all the work that is still going on. However, I will need to sleep at somepoint. I started the journey on my 4th week off of SSRI - sleeping med (trazadone) so I started witha sleep defeciet. Any sleep aide tips? Valarain root/Melatonin seem to be activating for me. Or do I just accept that I'll sleep when the medicine is done doing it's work? I read somewhere on a thread another person had sleep interuption for over 6 weeks. . . . :(

Hello! Welcome.

I'm sorry to hear you're having such a difficult time with reactivations.

In general, this is something  by that gradually gets better with time, as the process reaches completion.

Please post in the big reactivations thread and we can cross reference with what others have posted about there. Here is the link: https://forums.5meodmt.org/index.php?topic=50940.0

My reactivations have been fairly mild... I do find that for sleeplessness in general that a weighted blanket helps me... even if I'm not sleeping, it provides a feeling of containment that makes it easier to rest.  That, along with the usual sleep hygiene techniques.  Good luck!

Here's an idea...consider a Harmonizer Cartridge EMF protection and sleep aid at greenfieldwater.com. Check out the reviews.
