There are number of means and methods to reground and heal yourself. The first option would be to work with someone who is experienced with this but if there is no one you can turn to, you can try some of the following techniques/practices.

1. Ground yourself in nature, go bare foot in forests, beaches etc. Become a tree hugger. Do some gardening, these are the fist things teachers did with their students in Zen when they became ungrounded.
2. Exercise, walk, dance, martial arts, swim, do activities that ground you back into your body. Hard work like digging holes, farming etc is very grounding.
3. Trauma Release Exercises are a powerful means to release pent up energy from your system https://traumaprevention.com they are best learnt in a work group or one on one with an instructor but if you don't have the luxury of that you can get a DVD on the exercises.
4. The Wim Hof method is a powerful means to ground you back into your body, there are course on this run all around the world or there is an online option to learn this https://www.wimhofmethod.com
5. Shibashi QiGong/Tai Chi is a very easy set of exercises to learn, developed in the 70's by Professor Lin Hou Sheng, it combines the best of Tai Chi and Qi Gong in 18 simple moves. You can view many videos online at Youtube
a good website to learn it is www.taichi18.com Very simple to do but with great health benefits.
6. Eat solid grounding meals, stay away from light meals.
7. Yoga was developed to ground the body for spiritual practice, find a practice that suits your body and that you enjoy.
8. Warm Epsom Salt baths (.5-1kg of epsom salts) are good to balance the energy system.
9. A good holistic counselor is a good way to help cope with the anxiety you are most likely feeling and help guide you to the best healing paths for yourself.
10. The Spiritual Emergency Network was set up by Christiana Grof (Stan Grof's wife) to help people get through spiritual crisis http://www.spiritualemergencenetwork.org
11. Some people swear by him and others highly disagree with his methods here is an option from Mantak Chia https://realization.org/p/mantak-chia/most-effective-cure-for-kundalini-psychosis.html
12. Finding strong community, surround yourself with people that can support you, listen and give you advice. Serving others in what ever that form takes, helping the homeless, community work etc is very beneficial in ones own growth and healing process.

Warm regards :)

Thank you so much for all of these suggestions. I had tried most of them but a couple are new and intriguing

Btw: I just did Wim hof breathing yesterday evening, and was able to get a solid night's sleep without sleeping pills for the first time in months. What is this magic

Awesome suggestions andym!

Doing breathwork is one of the best ways to integrate back into the body, as is doing any kind of yoga asana practice.

Glad you're here with us JO_neness. Thanks for being here and we hope that by the end of your integration you will be another great support to this community and others.

Keep us updated with how you're doing.  <3
