I am new to the forum... very experienced with most plant medicines, preparing for my first 5meo journey (in a legal country).


After reading some of the threads here and the nexus, I am a little confused at the difference between techniques for ingestion, the salts vs base stuff etc.


I suppose I will ask questions in the threads themselves or start a new one.
