Hello there! I am really happy to discover this community. I am a 47 year old mom, mental health and breathwork practitioner and artist, with a lifelong passion for exploring consciousness. I've traveled down a lot of paths including different entheogens, and recently had a retreat with several ceremonies with 5. It was life changing in ways I am only beginning to embody and understand.
