I have a question about drug interactions with 5-MEO.  Does anyone have experience mixing 5-MEO with the drug Vivitrol? Or Chlorodiazepoxide(Librium)?  Are there any risks?

We don’t know for sure, but it would be best not to combine 5meo with either of those. The Librium could cancel out the effects and naltrexone could prevent the nervous system from responding appropriately.
