Thanks you Infinite Spirit,

Always love hearing reports from people who experience the Mudra phenomenon...I don't think its that common and it is my intuition that these positions act like antennas allowing the body to channel the force of the universal energy pouring through us in a manner that somehow acts like a perfect circuit of efficient process.

This observation of that 'narrative-less purge' with 5-Meo is something I have often felt to be one of its most efficacious gifts. Often with medicines such as ayahuasca, the purge is a story, construct or unhelpful pattern that we have attached to hence it needs to be examined as we let go of it whereas 5-MeO seems to be able to get beneath this 'self-identification' to traumas, pains, sufferings, fears, ect that we have held so deeply and for so long (perhaps even genetically inherited) that we are no longer even subconsciously aware of them, they have become an unaccessible part of our being... and thus to release these blockages to our true divinity is indeed a sacred gift :)

Thanks you so much for this truly well articulated sharing of what sounds like a ceremony conducted with great integrity and love,

Hi Earlchambers,

it is actually quite significant what the benefit of age can do to ones approach, process and integration of the psychedelic experience. 5-MeO is certainly 'next level' medicine and I hope you the 5-Hive can assist you in an informative and considered manner,

Hi Dr. Nowhere,

This medicine can certainly challenge our preconceptions and who or what we think we are. Exploring Psychedelics bought up many a pertinent issue around 5-MeO and it would be nice to hear your reflections on it. I hope you find the advice you are seeking and that this space here helps your connection to others on this path,

Welcome Nada,

Thanks for the intro and I hope the space here can also be a node in the larger network of unconditional love, understanding, oneness and the toad, and hopefully you can connect with some local folk,

Preparation and Integration / Re: Integration

Listening to Dennis McKenna on Joe Rogan a few days ago, I am reminded of his stance that "if you are experiencing it, it is real". Thus the experience of 'this world' is as real as the experience of 'that one' and building some kind of epistemic bridge between them is important hwever that may work for you.

Often one of the overlooked aspects of integration is the everyday mundane tasks...washing up, showering, sitting in the sun, walking to the shops, etc. people rush to embrace other spiritual modalities like Vipassana meditation, Kundalini yoga, Wim Hof breathing, etc...when what is most needed is not to facilitate any further 'awakening' but to anchor the one that 5-MeO has catalysed

Hi there mrnothing -
it seems that physical activity helps greatly with reactivations, grounding especially but being in nature, swimming, running and yes, yoga. In terms of the blank canvas effect, this is not uncommon and can occur with other psychedelics too. What I would suggest is start trying new things in order to build up new connections to meaningful actions... learn an instrument, learn a language, try painting or drawing, or anything creative, volunteer something that could use your help... the sense of being in service is really valuable.
all the best,

Yes - that looks great, a good way to make sure topics and replies are not missed. I still find the sizing/layout quite difficult to fully engage with on my phone.

General Discussion / Re: Building up tolerance

Hi Ted696,

I would agree that this is a lot to use. In my experience unless the revelations from the experience are being integrated properly and embodied fully. then the medicines will cease to provide guidance (which may manifest as tolerance). There is also some recent suggestion that increased risk of valvular heart disease from activating the 5HT2-B receptors -though "5-MeO-DMT has the weakest interaction with both the three 5-HT2 receptors and the two paradigmatic 5-HT2 receptors (5-HT2A/C)" and seems to be most active on the 5-HT7.

Ray, T 2010, Psychedelics and the human Receptorome

In any case, I have found regular use of 5-MeO (fortnightly or weekly at most) to be most conducive to healing at sub-breakthrough doses: i.e. 5-10mg. What I gain from this is a clearing of the energetic patterns of 'blockage' stored in the body, freeing the nervous system of conditioned response and allowing the electrical signals to flow more freely - this is best utilised as a compliment to with other embodiment practices like Qi-Gong, Yoga, Tai-Chi or even just something like swimming or hiking.

hope this helps,

Hey brother,

Welcome - this is the place to know more; so ask questions, peruse the experiences, articles and science/spirituality sections.

Thanks Roundabout,

very useful as even after a year or two of not being at University, I have lost my access to academic databases. Have used Sci-Hub a few times with not much luck unfortunately. I think they simply didn't have the articles I was after. So are there other free-access sites like this
